Open the cover and the index is right there: five strategies, six setups, page numbers and all. Adding one is a line on a page, not a form in a modal.

Breakout, page 04: the thesis in two sentences, five hard rules — consolidation of 45 minutes or more, volume above the 20-bar average, enter on the retest — and dated notes in the margin. The discipline score in Analytics is measured against exactly these.
