Support

One address, and a person on the other end of it.

No ticket number, no chat widget, no bot that asks you to rephrase the question. Questions, bug reports, refunds, feature ideas and the occasional plain no — email us and someone who works on Ordo reads it.

What to send

Say the thing that saves a round trip

Each button opens a mail already addressed and titled. Fill in the lines it gives you and the first reply is the answer, not a request for your order number.

Billing and refunds

Include the order reference from your Paddle receipt — it is the one thing that lets us find the payment without asking you for anything else. The full process is in the refund policy.

Bug reports

Tell us your platform — Windows, macOS or iPhone — the app version, what you expected to happen and what happened instead. Four lines is usually enough to reproduce it.

Data requests

KVKK and GDPR requests — access, deletion, portability — go to the same address and are resolved within 30 days. Your journal lives only on your own device; see the privacy policy for what that leaves us holding.

Faster than email

Three things you can do without us

Not a deflection — these are genuinely quicker than waiting for a reply.

After you send it

What happens next

You get a reply from a person, at the address you wrote from, within 48 hours.

There is no auto-responder, so silence for a day is not a sign that something went wrong — it is a sign that nobody has typed yet. If 48 hours pass with nothing, send it again; it means the first one didn’t arrive, and we would rather have it twice than not at all.
